We just had Apex drive for our daughter’s Sweet Sixteen birthday party, and Eric was our driver.  He showed up to the house early, and I talked with him for about thirty minutes before all of my daughter’s friends showed up for the event.  He took them to dinner and waited patiently while we dined, and then drove them to a concert in San Francisco.  He made sure they all got into the concert safely, and texted me with updates.  He was better than we could have expected, and now I am trying to figure out a time to have him drive for us again.  We don’t drink, so a Napa trip won’t work, but I think he would be great to show us San Francisco’s beautiful sights.  What an evening, and what a driver!  Eric is the BEST!!!!!  Apex is first-class, and my husband booked the evening with Mary, who was so nice and friendly.  We received an email the day before our reservation reminding us that we had a limo coming, and the whole setup was perfect.  I highly recommend using Apex for any of your limousine needs.

Girls trip
Our annual girls trip to Napa Valley so of course you need a car and driver. We were also celebrating a birthday. Our driver Peter H made our day extra special. This is not our first girls trip or our first limo and driver but it was the best driver we have had! Peter helped in every way, from suggesting a good place for breakfast to amazing stops for amazing pictures! We felt like royalty all day long. He was funny, resourceful and always a gentleman. He walked us up to each vineyard/stop and was waiting right out side when we were done. We knew it would be a memorable day but Peter made sure it was one we would never forget! Thank you Peter!

Apex has the best service in the Bay Area!
It is always a chore to hire the car to get my group to the airport for our annual vacation. I seem to never keep driver’s information so every year I begin searching for a car service from scratch…
This vacation I began my search for a car service. The first service couldn’t help me with an SFO drop off (what??). The next service called me after I submitted an online request. The guy who called had to conference in another guy to make the reservation. He couldn’t get the other guy on the line right away… after a few expletives the other guy came on the line. I thanked them both and continued my search…
The next car service (this is #3!). The gentleman was helpful and nice, but not real knowlegable. Most of his answers ended with “and stuff” or “yeah, I think…” I couldn’t do it. I thanked him and started over..
Then I call Apex. Mary came on the line and was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She sold me on the company. What a great experience to have after so much lackluster!

Great Wine Tour in Napa!
Apex transportation did a great job for us. Mel was our driver and was great – very knowledgable about napa and the many wineries available and also just good company – we all had a blast! I would definetly recomend using Apex and Mel for your wine tour.

Making Lifelong Memories in Napa
We had a wonderful private Napa tour with Apex and Mel. Every step of the reservation process was a pleasure with Nellie…and she assured us that Mel would be perfect for our tour. Mel is the MAN! Knowledgeable about the area as well as specific vineyard offerings, he was a fantastic escort. The vehicle was new, clean and we always felt safe with Mel at the wheel. After only a short time it felt like Mel was part of the family and our adult kids really appreciated the insight he shared so generously. We all look forward to our next visit with Apex and Mel.

I had another car service drop the ball on me last minute. The other company they recommended didn’t come across professional. I had one day to find car service for an event in Napa. Apex came through, and as an added bonus, we had the pleasure of driving with Alex. Alex is AWESOME! As a person and so incredibly professional. He has deep knowledge about the wineries in Napa. I will definitely book with Apex again and request Alex!

Great experience
The whole experience was great. We were given a couple different trip options and were super helpful in matching our needs to the best plan. Our driver was really amazing and made sure that we were fully cared for. He shared a lot of very interesting details about wine country. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for great way to spend the day wine tasting without having to worry about getting from place to place.

These guys were great.  I booked the car the day before and the driver was at the house 5 minutes early with coffee for my wife and I.  The return trip was just as organized.  When we arrived and I turned the phone on.  The driver had already sent me a text with instructions.  He was curbside as we walked out of the terminal with our bags.  Both cars were newer, well maintained and the drivers were courtious with good road manners.  I will use them for my airport runs form now on.

21rst Birthday Celebration in Napa Valley
Eric was our driver and he was amazing! We went wine tasting and had the most amazing experience ever. He was the most perfect gentleman ever and made our first time renting s limo extra extravagant. The limo was also very glamourous and the bar was restocked after every stop. I highly recommend APEX Limousine service.

Apex was first class from start to finish.  Getting a quote and booking the trip was friendly and easy.  Pricing was competitive and I also received a follow up email the day before my trip to confirm all the details. The day of our trip our driver (Alex M) arrived a few minutes early in an upgraded SUV and we were only charged the standard rate for a sedan.  He completed all of the paperwork efficiently and we were on our way.  Alex M was very knowledgeable about the Napa Valley and we learned some things that we didn’t know even after having toured several times.   He made some great winery recommendations and we ended up changing our plans to see some of the smaller boutique wineries that he knew about.  The six hours flew by in the blink of an eye because we were having so much fun.  Water was always on hand ready for us and he was on top of our itinerary the entire day.  Alex M really made the trip so much fun and stress free for us.  If you can request a driver, ask for Alex M,  he is top notch.

Wine tasting with Apex
Our day yesterday wine tasting was amazing. Alex M our chauffeur was very professional, arrived 5 min early and his knowledge of wine country was amazing. The car was very clean and very comfortable. My girlfriend and I would highly recommend Apex and especially Alex. We will for sure use them again.

We had the BEST time on our tour of Napa. Our driver, Peter, was so much more than just someone to get us from point A to B. He was the HOST of the party! He helped advise us on which stops would be beneficial to what we were looking to do, and everything he suggested was successful. Definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for an awesome experience 🙂

APEX is the way to Go!
We had an excellent experience with APEX last week. Our driver Mike was on point the entire day. Very knowledgeable about NAPA & Sonoma. He set us up with several private winery tours that we never would have found on our own. This company comes highly recommended.

I used Apex for transportation from Santa Clara to Napa and back. They did a great job and charged a reasonable amount.

Best way to experience and taste Napa without worry
A day of tastings and dining in various Napa area wineries and eateries was effortless and enjoyed as we celebrated a big birthday with our adult children and spouses/boyfriends. One of our stops was a small winery Apex suggested – James Cole – a wonderfully delicious choice enjoyed by all of us. Our driver, Peter, was professional and went above & beyond to make this a special day for us. Would definitely do this again through Apex and highly recommend Peter to others.

We very much enjoyed our Napa trip. Bruce was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable about the area. The limo was well stocked, clean and overall in pretty good shape. Bruce made sure we stayed on time and was very accommodating. I would totally use these guys again.
My only issue would be that on the website they say 75/hr for the limo, the quote that was given by email was @ 80/hr. I asked about it during my call to book but it was glazed over by the rep and I ended up paying 80/hr. Everything else was perfect.

GREAT Service – GREAT Knowledge
Eric was just wonderful; we had a great time, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the Napa area!

I called Apex a few days before I needed a limo for Senior Ball for my son and his friends. The lady that answers the phones was so accommodating and helpful. Booking was quick and easy. The driver, Jose, was polite, professional, and nice! He picked up the group of kids in a somewhat inconvenient location in the country and had to transport them to and from SF. He was patient while we finished pictures and never made us feel rushed.
Communication was perfect. They send a confirmation email after booking, another 24 hours in advance, and then called when they were on the way. When it was time to leave SF, my son called Jose and he said he’d be in front of the building in less than five minutes. He dropped everyone off afterwards where they needed to go. Their price was very reasonable, especially with such little advanced notice. I don’t think I’d ever use another car or limo service again! Customer service and reliability is everything…and they exceeded my expectations.

Paul is absolutely amazing!
Do not travel in Napa and Sonoma without Paul as our driver and friend…he just makes our trips so great…has become part of the family…Thanks for always taking such great care of us!
